The International Clown Festival is here! Get ready to laugh and be thoroughly entertained by a talented lineup of award-winning professional clowns, interactive performances, workshops and many more entertainment activities for people of all ages. A theatre show with 100 minutes of non-stop laughter, comedy, juggling and music, the International Clown Festival will be held between 30 September to 2 October at Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall (inside Lady Andal school premises), Chennai, with daily shows at 3 PM and 7 PM. The festival is curated and produced by Martin Flubber D’Souza, an award-winning international clown, former Vice President of the World Clown Association, and the recipient of the International Clown of the Year award. Flubber has performed across 7 countries on the biggest stages in the world and now he brings his rich experience of international entertainment to your city. “Clowning is much more than just the makeup and costumes; it takes skill and practice that many of the professional clowns rehearsing for the festival now have honed over the years.
