‘Participate in Breakfast scheme expansion events’

Chief Minister Stalin has written to all MLAs and MPs, urging them to actively participate in public engagement and the expansion events of the Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme.
In his letter, the Chief Minister stated:
“To ensure that government services accessed by the public are delivered quickly and efficiently, the ‘Chief Minister’s Program with the People’ was implemented in urban local bodies as a first step on December 18th. Through this initiative, issues of 874,000 people have been resolved.
This program is now set to be implemented in rural areas across all districts. On the 11th of this month, I will inaugurate the scheme in Dharmapuri district. On the same day, except for Villupuram district, ministers will launch the program in all other districts. The Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme is also being expanded to government-aided primary schools. This expansion will be inaugurated in Thiruvallur district on July 15th, commemorating the birth anniversary of Kamarajar. On that day, MLAs and MPs are requested to attend and highlight the events in their respective constituencies.”
This proactive approach by the Chief Minister aims to ensure widespread public participation and the effective delivery of government services, addressing public grievances promptly. The expansion of the Breakfast Scheme is a significant step towards improving the nutritional status of young children in government-aided schools, thereby enhancing their overall development and educational outcomes.
