Special train to Kashi, Gaya for Aadi Amavasai


In celebration of Aadi Amavasai, a special spiritual train will be operated to Kashi and Gaya, offering pilgrims an opportunity to visit some of India’s most revered cultural and historical sites.

Organized in collaboration with private partners, these special pilgrimage trains aim to provide people with a spiritual journey to significant religious destinations. The itinerary includes visits to Puri Jagannath, a holy bath in the Ganges at Kashi, darshan at Vishwanath, Vishalakshi, and Annapoorani temples, pind daan at Gaya on Aadi Amavasai, darshan of Ram Lalla at Ayodhya, and a holy bath at Triveni Sangam.

Pilgrims will also have the opportunity to visit Shakti Peethas, including Bruthika Devi, Bhimala Devi, Praja Devi, Kashi Vishalakshi, and Alopi Devi.

The special train will depart from Madurai on July 31 and will travel via Dindigul, Trichy, Virudhachalam, Villupuram, and Chennai.
