After the record turnout in the first phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday took a potshot at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, saying that the balloon of the Mahagathbandhan has burst.
