The West Bengal BJP on Friday filed a complaint with the Election Commission of India (ECI) accusing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of making derogatory comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a public rally of the Trinamool Congress in Cooch Behar on Thursday.
