Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday addressed separate rallies in Bihar during the ongoing Assembly election campaign, sharply criticising the RJD and Congress and accusing them of misrule and corruption in the past.
