Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the Election Commission of India started the exercise of âSpecial Intensive Revisionâ (SIR) to ensure that âinfiltratorsâ are kept out of electoral process while some âdeshdrohisâ (traitors) are trying to protect them.
