Cong never gave SCs, STs their due: Dhami

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday said the Congress has not given Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes their due and that it “insulted” its former president Sitaram Kesri, forcing him to quit.
