Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday mocked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for frequently accusing opposition leaders of āinsulting him, the country and Biharā, and sarcastically suggested that he should create a new ministry, the Apamaan Mantralaya (Ministry of Insults).
