Chennai: Hours after a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister M K Stalin, Tamilnadu government has announced a slew of fresh lockdown relaxations following the drop in Covid-19 cases. Most restrictions have been withdrawn as the government has allowed play schools and nursery schools with LKG and UKG sections to reopen physical classes starting 16 February.
