Chennai: BJP Tamilnadu unit president L Murugan today met Governor Banwarilal Purohit.
According to sources, the meeting took place at Raj Bhavan this morning and the reason was not revealed.
Earlier, a woman named Narmadha staged a protest against Murugan in front of his residence.
She alleged that Murugan is turning Tamilnadu BJP as a goondas camp.
Menawhile, a case has been filed against Murugan and a 900 other BJP functionaries for violating the lockdown rules. The case was filed as the BJP cadres carried out a bike rally ahead of Murugan’s visit to Kanniyakumari.
