Ended 5 wars in 5 months: Trump

Washington, Aug 6: US President Donald Trump on Tuesday claimed he has prevented five international wars in the past five months, including a conflict between India and Pakistan, while blaming former President Joe Biden for the ongoing war in Ukraine.

“I stopped five wars in the last five months actually, and I’d like this to be the sixth, frankly,” Trump said, referring to the Ukraine war. “This is Biden’s war, and we’re working very hard to get us out.”

He then listed off unnamed conflicts he claims to have ended, tossing in a startling inclusion: “The other ones I stopped within a matter of days, almost every one of them — including India and Pakistan.”
