Chennai: Metrowater will conduct an open house meeting at its 15 area offices 13 October, between 10 am and 1 pm.

According to a press release, consumers are requested to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and sewage removal. They can also clarify their doubts regarding water, sewerage tax and water charges during the meeting.

The meeting will be conducted by superintending engineers in every area office. Hence, the public are requested to utilise the open house meeting to record their complaints.

During the open house meeting held September, 78 petitions were received regarding water supply and sewage disposal and 68 cases have been dealt with. Action is being taken on the remaining 10 petitions, the release said.
