The alumni batch of 2016-17 batch at Sri Sankara Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, extended their helping hands to victims of Gaja cyclone in-and-around Mannargudi and Thanjavur.
A press release said, essentials such as bed sheets, candles, biscuits, sarees, dhotis, rice, towels, match boxes etc were handed over to the people personally by a team on 21 November.
