Chennai: Tamilnadu women’s team completed a three-wicket win over Chhattisgarh in a low-scoring BCCI Under-23 T20 match at the Gokulbhai Somabhai Patel Stadium, Gujarat.
Skipper S Anusha (3/16) and M S Aishwarya (3/5) took three wickets as TN reduced Chhattisgarh to 62 in 16.4 overs.
Tamilnadu lost seven wickets in the second innings, but somehow crossed the finish line in 18.3 overs. Manpreet Kaur (2/10) got two scalps for Chhattisgarh.
