Amaravati:Ā “The country’s security is in danger due to the inefficiency of the rulers…,” saidĀ Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu yesterday in his daily teleconference, referring to the Pulwama terror attack.
AĀ Jaish-e-MohammedĀ suicide bomber rammed a vehicle loaded with over 100 kg of explosives into a bus carrying Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel inĀ PulwamaĀ district on 14 February.Ā 40 CRPF personnel were killed and five injured in the incident.
Naidu claimed that there are doubts on Pakistan Prime Ministers remarks. Imran Khan had said that allegations against his country are without any evidence and that his government would act only if India provides actionable evidence. He further spoke aboutĀ Mamata Banerjee questioning the timing of the terror attack, just when the Lok Sabha polls were nearing.
“We will not tolerate if the country’s security is put at stake for selfish reasons. We will not tolerate if they play with the army for political gains,” the Chief Minister warned.
He further said that BJP has lost all credibility among people. “BJP will stoop to any level for the sake of power. It is seeking to control states through remote control,” he claimed. He further hinted thatĀ there may not be a TDP-Congress electoral alliance in Andhra Pradesh for the Lok Sabha and the state assembly elections that are due in May.
