Chennai: Oscar & Ponni Architects’ Ponni Concessao has won the Women Icons Asia Award 2019 that was organised by Singapore-headquartered Business Excellence & Research Group Pte Ltd (BERG), recently.
A release said she was among a total of 12 women achievers from across India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore representing a diverse category of professions and sectors that were recognised at the third edition of the Women Icons Asia Summit & Awards.
The award, incidentally, is Oscar & Ponni Architects’ 99th so far, it added.
The summit discussions were centered around the topic “Achieving Gender Diversity at Workplace – Is Enough being done to create a robust talent pipeline”.
