A movie that speaks about the life of theru koothu artistes. The movie is about two individuals. The hero player by Sangai Kumaresan wants to become rich and shuns the art practised by his family. His sister (Neeya Krishna) loves a person belonging to other caste. What happened in their lives forms the crux.Though there are several forms of arts, theru koothu and details about the folk artistes are lesser known among masses. The movie throws light on them. Besides playing the lead, Sangai Kumaresan has directed the film.
