Chennai: Scholarships in academics are one way to open doors to a hopeful future. Ratnadeep Chakraborty from Kolkata is one such student who has bagged the first full scholarship at the Kautilya School of Public Policy, Hyderabad, where his dream of studying a Master’s Program in Public Policy (MPP) has come into fruition.
