Tamil Nadu recorded a mere two new COVID-19 cases. Of these, one case was reported in the capital city of Chennai, while the other was in Coimbatore.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Tamil Nadu has now reached 3,610,696. Despite the magnitude of this figure, it is encouraging to note that only 9 active cases remain in the state, indicating that a vast majority of patients have successfully recovered.
In a positive development, at least 2 patients were discharged from various hospitals. This brings the total number of recoveries in the state to an impressive 3,572,606.
