Man held for hurling petrol bomb outside Raj Bhavan

In a shocking incident, a man was apprehended by the authorities for allegedly hurling a petrol bomb outside Raj Bhavan, the official residence of the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in the state’s capital, Chennai. The accused, identified as Vinod, reportedly confessed to the police that he resorted to such an extreme act as a result of Governor TN Ravi’s refusal to grant consent to the contentious NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) bill.
