The music launch of the film Ananda Vaazhkai starring veteran actor-director K. Bhagyaraj was held in Chennai. The film is produced by the World Community Service Society in collaboration with Azhiyar Arivu Thirukoil, under the blessings of Vedathiri Maharishi and guidance of Padma Shri SKM Maeilanandhan.Directed by R. Subramania Bharathi, the movie features K. Bhagyaraj, Meera Krishnan, Jeeva Thangavel, and others. The story revolves around a man named Ramalingam, who helps everyone in his village solve their problems but struggles with issues in his own family. He later discovers the benefits of Manavalakkalai yoga practices at Azhiyar Arivu Thirukoil, which transform his family’s life, bringing peace and happiness.
Tamil Nadu Information Minister M.P. Saminathan attended the event and praised the film for promoting wellness and peace without commercial motives. He also shared a personal story about how visiting Azhiyar helped him identify his diabetes early.
Speaking at the event, Bhagyaraj said that Manavalakkalai teaches one how to live a healthy, positive life. He and his wife underwent training before acting in the film.
Director Ezhil and others also shared how the Azhiyar training brought meaningful changes in their lives.
The music for the film is composed by Sathya C, and production is overseen by CEO P. Muruganandam. The team hopes the film will reach global audiences and inspire people towards mental and physical well-being.
