The Tamil Nadu government has granted permission for special screenings of the much-anticipated film Coolie on its opening day, August 14. Producers Sun Pictures had requested the allowance, and the state approved it earlier this week. Under the new arrangement, theatres across Tamil Nadu can begin screenings from 9:00 a.m. on release day and run up to five shows per screen, continuing until 2:00 a.m. the next morning. Authorities have urged cinema operators to enforce effective crowd control measures, ensure smooth queue management, and deploy additional security to handle the expected rush. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie features a stellar cast including Rajinikanth, Sathyaraj, Nagarjuna, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Aamir Khan, and Shruti Haasan. The film has already generated substantial buzz, with advance bookings off to a thrilling start. @@@@@@
