Houston, June 25:

Brazil defeated Scotland 3–0 in their FIFA World Cup knockout clash, with Neymar Jr and Vinícius Jr leading a dominant display. Neymar dictated the tempo with authority, creating chances and pulling the strings in midfield, while Vinícius Jr’s blistering pace and clinical finishing proved too much for the Scottish defence.

The pair combined seamlessly, showcasing Brazil’s attacking depth and flair on the big stage. Scotland fought hard but struggled to contain Brazil’s relentless forward play, failing to convert their limited opportunities. Brazil’s defence, meanwhile, remained composed and disciplined throughout.

With this emphatic victory, Brazil marches confidently into the next round, reinforcing their credentials as one of the tournament’s strongest contenders.
