Much recently, movies are made around animals and they have managed to garner attention of the audience. And here comes a movie titled Panni Kutty, with a pig seemingly the central character.
A comedy caper, it has a host of comedians including Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Singam Puli, Ramar, Dindugal Leoni, Lakshmipriya and TP Gajnedran essaying key characters.
Anucharan, who hit limelight with his debut movie Kirumi, directs Panni Kutty. Besides directing, Anucharan has also taken the onus of editing. While the story is by Ravi Murukaya, M. Manikandan of Kakka Muttai fame, who also worked in Kirumi, has been roped in for the screenplay.
Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, K aka Krishnakumar who scored for films like Aandavan Kattalai and 49 O does the music.
