Chennai: Navi Finserv, part of Navi Technologies co-founded by Sachin Bansal, has announced that it will launch its quick and affordable retail home loans via app in Chennai in the next few weeks.
The company said it will immediately be opening an office and hiring a team of around 15 members in Chennai including branch managers, relationship managers and a credit team to facilitate and grow its home loan business.
Aimed at salaried and self-employed professionals, Navi will provide home loans starting from Rs 10 lakh up to Rs 1.5 crore with tenure of up to 25 years and interest rate starting at 6.95 per cent. Navi Finserv Private Limited is an RBI registered Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC).
