Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday inaugurated various projects in his Assembly constituency of Kolathur. Among them is a Tamil Nadu Urban Habitant Development Board (TNUHDB) tenement in Gowthamapuram built at a cost of Rs 111.80 crore.
