Key resolutions seeking fair and equitable delimitation, further extending freeze on seat allocation to safeguard federal integrity, holding of general and caste census and condemning the Election Commission of India (ECI) over the manner in which elections were conducted in the past deade, were adopted at the 24th National Congress of the CPI(M) here on Friday.
