Former Tamil Nadu Minister and DMK MLA Raghupathi on Monday rejected allegations that the previous DMK regime had favoured GEM Granites founder R Veeramani in the POCSO case, asserting that the case was neither withdrawn nor deliberately kept pending to protect anyone.
