Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has written to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, informing him that he will not be able to attend the 75th-anniversary celebrations of the Travancore Devaswom Board, also known as the āLok Ayyappa Sangamam,ā scheduled to be held on September 20 at Pampa, Kerala.
