Chennai: Telecom enterprise and BlackBerry brand licensee, Optiemus Infracom Limited has announced the launch of BlackBerry Evolve and EvolveX smartphones.
The phones come with full view 18:9 display, Dolby Surround Sound, dual cameras, enterprise-grade security and privacy and quick wireless charging technology. Additionally, the maker claims that the mobiles come with next-gen security, privacy and convenience features such as facial recognition, encrypted with secure technology and fingerprint unlock.
A release from Optiemus stated that the smartphones were designed and manufactured at the firm’s facility at Noida.

The EvolveX has a 16MP selfie camera and a 12MP+13MP AF dual rear camera with Dual Tone LED Flash. It comes with F1.8 + F2.6 Rear Apertures and a F2.0 Front Aperture that offer great results even in low light conditions. EvolveX camera is also equipped with live bokeh mode. The BlackBerry Evolve comes equipped with 13MP+13MPdual rear camera and dual tone LED flash. It also features 2K video recording.
The BlackBerry Evolve is priced at Rs 24,990, while the EvolveX is priced at Rs 34,990 and will be available exclusively on Amazon. While EvolveX will be available from end of August, the Evolve will be available from mid of September
