Filmmaker Rathnakumar made his debut with ‘Meyaadha Maan’.
Starring Vaibhav, it was a movie set in North Chennai and spoke about the travails of a love-lorn youth.
Produced by Jigarthanda fame Karthik Subbaraj, it managed good reception at the box office. Now Rathnakumar is ready to begin his next. He will be teaming up with Amala Paul for a film titled ‘Aadai’.
Sources close to the filmmaker say that it carries a sensation theme. Impressed listening to the story, Amala Paul readily agreed to do the film.
It is a movie that would be strikingly different from the rest. Expect the unexpected, say sources.
