Chennai: After a long time Metro Water Department workers have finally started restoring the age-old over-head water tank (OHT) of Eri Street, Keelkattalai in the city suburban area.
Workers can be seen painting the entire structure in ivory with the help of supporting rods.
A pedestrian at the spot, said,”This water tank supplies water to most of the localities of Keelkattalai and its restoration is a good move. Hope it gets completed soon for the welfare of the residents.”
