Thiruvananthapuram: Chennai based Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited, the largest off-line mobile retailer of South India, opened its first showroom in Kerala at Thiruvananthapuram on 6 October, as a part of its expansion drive.
CEO of Poorvika Mobiles, N Uvaraj said, “With this inauguration, we are strengthening our customer base across the nation. A live demo facility has made available by Poorvika Mobiles for the customers to know about features and specification of all handsets available in the outlet.”
The first Poorvika mobiles showroom opened in 2004 at Kodambakkam, Chennai. Poorvika Mobiles has around 300 stores across 65 cities in Tamilnadu Pondicherry and Karnataka with a customer base of two crore within 14 years of its birth, a press release said.
Poorvika mobiles has exclusive outlets for Apple products as a separate entity in the brand name Poorvika Shine which is situated in seven different locations of Chennai, Bangalore and Pondicherry. An exclusive store for Samsung products called Samsung Café is also owned by Poorvika Mobiles.
