Chennai: D Alexander David Raj scalped five wickets to propel Hunters XI to a four-wicket win over T Srinivasaraghavan Memorial Sports Club in the TNCA Fifth Division ‘C’ match here.

Srinivasaraghavan Memorial was bowled out for just 107 runs in 32.2 overs courtesy Alexander’s five-wicket haul. The winner got to the target in 25 overs, losing six wickets during the chase.

In another match, M Pradeep shone with the ball with a five-wicket spell,? but his efforts went in vain as Vijay’s Recreation Club beat Gandhi Cricket Club by 62 runs.
