Chennai: Speak of catching people napping! The price of subsidised domestic use LPG cylinder has shot up by nearly Rs 3 from last night.
According to reports, it will now cost Rs 2.94 more per cylinder. With this hike, a cylinder in Chennai costs Rs 493.87
The price of LPG cylinder is revised every month and this month’s price revision was effected last night. From last June, this is the sixth time the rate has been revised and hiked.
In the case of non-subsidised LPG cylinders, it has gone up by more than Rs 60 and now rules at Rs 896 in Chennai.
