Gummidipundi: LabourNet in association with Industrial Complex Manufacturers Association (ICMA) conducted a workshop on apprenticeship that saw participation from over 30 small, medium and large-scale industrialists.

A release stated that the training was to benefit workshop attendees about new apprenticeship policies and help grow their business at a lower cost, with maximum productivity and quality.

LabourNet has been imparting industry-relevant training for small and medium scale industries for over 10 years, the release said, adding that the entrepreneurship development programs enable group employment by following sector-based interventions in multiple trades and different geographic clusters.

“Today’s jobs demand employees to have domain knowledge, be technologically sound and at the same time have strong management skills. Being multi-talented is always a plus and will help medium and small scale entrepreneurs accelerate their growth and productivity and we at LabourNet aim to equip them for this growth,” said COO, LabourNet Services India Pvt Ltd, Balaji.
