Gummidipundi: LabourNet in association with Industrial Complex Manufacturers Association (ICMA) conducted a workshop on apprenticeship that saw participation from over 30 small, medium and large-scale industrialists.
A release stated that the training was to benefit workshop attendees about new apprenticeship policies and help grow their business at a lower cost, with maximum productivity and quality.
LabourNet has been imparting industry-relevant training for small and medium scale industries for over 10 years, the release said, adding that the entrepreneurship development programs enable group employment by following sector-based interventions in multiple trades and different geographic clusters.
“Today’s jobs demand employees to have domain knowledge, be technologically sound and at the same time have strong management skills.
