Chennai: As promised earlier, actor and filmmaker Raghava Lawrence that he would build 50 houses for those who had lost their dwellings to Cyclone Gaja, he has done it.
Keeping his word, the actor has commenced work towards constructing houses for the cyclone victims with a Bhoomi Pooja in Thanjavur district.
He posted pictures of the Bhoomi Pooja for constructing the house meant for an old woman named Sellakunju Kathan at Karisaikadu in Pattukottai Taluk in Manjavayal on his social media handle and wrote, “Hai Friends and Fans.! Today we did Bhoomi Pooja for constructing house for this Amma. I feel extremely happy and once again I thank the boys who shared her video in social media and letting me know her plight.”
