Chennai: K Surendar scalped six wickets for 30 runs to help Fox Trotters Cricket Club defeat Gems Cricket Club by eight wickets in the TNCA Fourth Division ‘D’ match.
Gems was skittled out for a paltry 65 courtesy Surendar’s six-wicket haul. Fox Trotters cruised to the total in 12.4 overs.
In another match, S Harish took six wickets as Jubilee Cricket Club beat Sridhar Cricket Club by one wicket in a close contest. Sridhar was all-out for 216 and Jubilee got to the target in 48.1 overs.
