National Award winning actor Samuthirakani will be playing a crucial role in former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s biopic to be directed by A L Vijay. Bankrolled by Vibri Media, the movie is expected to feature Vidya Balan in the title role.
Samuthirakani is busy with Adutha Saattai and his directorial venture Nadodigal 2. Sources say that he has been assigned to act in SS Rajamouli’s film with Ram Charan and NTR.
Samuthirakani’s last release was Perambu, directed by Ram. It featured Mammootty in the lead role.
