Chennai: IIT Madras Incubation Cell and TiE Chennai are co-hosting ‘Chennai Demo Day’, which the organisers claim to be the largest showcase of India’s leading deep-technology innovation and startup hub.
Set to happen on 16 February, the demo day will take place at IIT Madras Research Park, here and will be open to public from 10am to 5pm.
More than a 100 tech startups are expected to be present and IITM’s Centres of Excellence and pre-incubators, will be on display at the IIT Madras Research Park, a release said.
The showcase will also provide a platform for Chennai Startups to interact with investors, industry, government, and institutions from across India, it added.
The Murugappa Group, Google, JioGenNext, Enterprise Singapore, Spanish Consulate, ITC, HDFC Bank, RR Donnelley, Invest India are confirmed to be present at the event.
