Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a baby boy died and 26 children were hospitalised yesterday a day after they were given vaccination at an urban primary health centre in Nampalli.

According to media reports, the children developed health complications. While the baby boy was brought dead, the others who are said to be in critical condition have been admitted to Niloufer Hospital for medical tests.

Other children who were also given vaccination at the centre have been asked to come for a medical test.

Reports said the tablet which was given after administering the vaccines could have caused complications. Those who were responsible for the incident would be given tough action said officials in the reports.
