Chennai: ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (ProConnect), a leading 3PL company announced that it has acquired 90 per cent stake in Auroma Logistics for a cash consideration of Rs 45.67 crore.
This acquisition will enable ProConnect to expand its supply chain business in consumer durables vertical resulting in bringing net new businesses, said a release.
Director, ProConnect, E H Kasturi Rangan, said, “Auroma Logistics is a natural fit with ProConnect because both companies share similar values.”
