Chennai: BJP President Amit Shah will arrive in Tamilnadu on 2 April to campaign for their alliance candidates. Similarly, Narendra Modi is expected to come on 12 and 13 April to address election rallies in Coimbatore and Theni.
The BJP has managed to stitch an alliance with the AIADMK, PMK, DMDMK, New Justice Party among others. BJP is contesting in five seats – Coimbatore, Tuticorin, Sivaganga, Ramanathapuram and Kaniyakumari.
Senior leaders including Uma Bharathy, Arun Jaitley, Rajnath singh, Sushma swaraj and Hemamalini are also expected to campaign in Tamilnadu in the coming days.
