Chennai: Retired Judge P Devadass was today appointed as the Anti-corruption Ombudsman in the Tamilnadu Lokayukta.
While retired judges K Jayabalan and R Krishnamoorthy will be judicial members, retired IAS officer M Rajaram and senior advocate K Arumugam will be non-judicial members.
The selection committee headed by Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami considered the names recommended by the search committee 13 March and later finalised the officials.
