Wedding Vows Connect 2019 is all set to unite various businesses belonging to the wedding industry in a three-day conference 14 to 16 April at Radisson Blu Temple Bay Resort, Mahabalipuram. During the event, businesses such as wedding caterers, planners, decorators, videographers, bridal and groom designers, make-up artistes, hoteliers, honeymoon planners will be taking part, involving themselves by interacting with other businesses and potential customers.

Speaking about the event in a preview in the city, Wedding Vows founder, Dakshna Moorthy, said, “Our vision has been to create a platform where wedding vendors like planners, photographers, caterers, make-up artistes, bridal wear-designers, travel planners, hoteliers, decorators, and other experts come together to share their expertise with each other and network.” He added, “The wedding industry in India is worth over $40 billion and the number keeps climbing. It is important to organise this sector.”

Renowned celebrity wedding designer, Preston Bailey, will take part as chief guest. He is said to design and unveil a signature installation exclusively for WV Connect 2019. Other famous personalities who will participate include Nadia Duran, Neelabh Kapoor, Aditya Motwane, Sabbas Joseph, Roturaj Khanna and others. From Chennai, the co-founders of Event Art, Lakshmi Ravichander and Saraswathi Krishnakumar, will participate along with director of FIDA fashion design school, Fareeda Khan, and director and CEO Aura Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd, Siddharth Ganeriwala.
