Chennai: Prince of Arcot, Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali’s son Mohammed Asif Ali, was presented an award for social service by the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce at the Asian-Arab Awards 2019 conference held in Hyderabad, recently.
The conference was attended by entrepreneurs, professionals, politicians and people from various walks of life from the Middle East and Asia, including India, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, USA, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries, a press release said.
Mohammed Asif Ali spoke on the various opportunities that can be utilised to strengthen the business and socio-cultural relationship between India and Middle East and also with other Asian countries.
“Most of the businesses happen by good relationships and to have a good relationship, you need to have a good understanding of each others’ cultures,” he said.
Ebtisam, Member of Parliament, Kingdom of Bahrain, Ali Hassan Bahdon, Minister of Defense, Republic of Djibouti, S Krishnakumar, former MOS Defense, Govt. of India among those participated.
