Chennai witnesses Zero Shadow Day

Chennai: The city witnessed ‘Zero Shadow Day’ this noon. This phenomenon happens twice a year in the city.

The shadow was almost zero when the Sun crossed the local meridien, an imaginary line connecting north, south and overhead.
