Chennai: Kendriya Vidyalaya, CLRI, Adyar recently hosted the 50th Regional Chess Meet-2019, under the aegis of KVS Chennai Region, for three categories of students (U-14, U-17, U-19) from four clusters of the region.
A press release said, 51 boys and 48 girls of various Kendriya Vidyalayas participated in the event.
Assistant Commissioner – KVS Chennai Region, Johnson Mathew, was the chief guest of the day. The venue principal, Y Rama Prasad, was also present.
