Chennai: In view of cyclone Fani, the Southern Railway has cancelled some trains. According to a press release, train (15930) Dibrugarh-Tambaram weekly express, 5 May and train (15228) Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur weekly express, 6 May have been cancelled.
Likewise, train (12839) Howrah – Puratchi Thalaivar Dr M G Ramachandran Central Railway Station Mail leaving Howrah at 11.45 pm, today and train (15629) Tambaram- Guwahati express leaving Tambaram at 9.45 pm, 6 May are cancelled.
Partial cancellation
Train (06025) Coimbatore – Tiruchi weekly express, scheduled to leave Coimbatore at 9.15 pm, 7 May is partially cancelled between Chennai Egmore-Tiruchi. This train will run from Coimbatore to Chennai Egmore only.
